This Sales Policy sets out the general terms and conditions governing the purchase and use of services offered by uLCloud.
1. Pricing
All prices are displayed on the website in the currency selected by the user and may be subject to applicable taxes (VAT, etc.). Prices shown are per billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.).
2. Payment
Payment must be completed before service activation. We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
3. Billing Cycles
Services are billed according to the cycle chosen at the time of purchase:
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days.
- Quarterly: Billed every 3 months.
- Annually: Billed once a year. Annual plans may include discounts.
4. Automatic Renewal
Services are renewed automatically on the due date unless cancelled beforehand. Renewal reminder e-mails are sent at least 3 days in advance. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure sufficient account balance or a valid payment method.
5. Failed Payments
If payment fails on the due date, the service is suspended. Services not paid within 7 days of suspension are terminated and data is deleted. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from non-payment.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify service pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7. Promotional Prices
Promotional or discounted prices apply only for the period specified. At the end of the promotional period, the service is billed at the standard rate.
8. Invoicing
An invoice is automatically generated for each payment and sent to your registered e-mail address. Invoices are also accessible from your client area at any time.
