Digital Service Delivery
Services are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. There is no physical product or shipment.
Activation Times
- Automatic (Instant): VPS, Cloud Server and most standard services are activated automatically within seconds after payment is confirmed.
- Up to 1 hour: Services requiring custom configuration or manual setup are activated within 1 hour.
- Up to 24 hours: Some special plans or services that require specific resource allocation may take up to 24 hours. You will be notified by e-mail.
Delivery Confirmation
After successful payment:
- A confirmation e-mail with your service details and access credentials is sent.
- Your service becomes accessible from the client area.
- An invoice is automatically generated and sent to your registered e-mail address.
Service Not Activated?
If your service is not activated within the stated timeframe, please open a support ticket. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Geographic Availability
Our services are provided from data centers located in Germany (Falkenstein). Service delivery does not depend on your location — services are accessible from anywhere in the world.
