By creating an account or buying any service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. What we provide
- We provide virtual private servers, web hosting, e-mail hosting and game server hosting. The technical specifications, resource limits and term of each service are shown on its product page and in your order summary.
- Our services are self-service and automated. You order in our client area, your server is created by our software, and your access details appear in your account. No human work is sold as part of a plan: we do not provide consulting, development, migration, administration or other human-driven services.
- Services are unmanaged. Installing, updating, securing and backing up the software you run on your server is your responsibility.
- Technical support covers our own infrastructure and the working of the service you bought. Support is included at no extra cost and is not a separately sold service.
- We maintain the infrastructure and take reasonable technical measures to keep it secure and available, and we try to announce planned maintenance in advance.
3. Your account
- You confirm that the information you give when opening an account is correct and kept up to date. If information turns out to be false, we may suspend the service.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password and server credentials confidential. Actions taken through your account are treated as taken by you.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us without delay.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for:
- any activity that breaks applicable law,
- sending unsolicited bulk e-mail (spam), or assisting it,
- denial-of-service attacks, port scanning or attempts to gain unauthorised access to third parties,
- hosting or distributing content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights,
- hosting malware, phishing pages or fraudulent content,
- any content relating to the sexual abuse of children,
- cryptocurrency mining or similar work that occupies the infrastructure disproportionately, unless we agree to it in writing,
- on shared hosting, consuming resources to a degree that lowers the quality of service for other customers.
5. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend a service or end this agreement if the rules above are broken, if payment is not made, or if a competent authority requires it.
- Where infrastructure or third parties are at risk, suspension may happen without prior notice; we inform you afterwards.
- A service suspended for non-payment may be deleted if payment is not made within 7 days of the invoice due date. We cannot promise to restore deleted data.
- You may cancel your service at any time from the client area. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
6. Backups
Automatic backups are provided only with plans that include the backup feature, and only within the scope of the plan you bought. Their existence does not remove your own responsibility to back up your data. We do not promise that backups will always be complete or restorable.
7. Prices, payment and renewal
- Prices are shown on the product page before you order. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Our order process for customers outside Türkiye is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for those orders and handles customer service enquiries and returns for them.
- Services renew for the same term unless you cancel. Renewal invoices are issued before the current term ends and appear in your client area.
- You can stop a renewal at any time by cancelling the service in the client area before the invoice falls due.
8. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. The details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
- Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the service in question during the last one-month period.
- We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption.
- You are responsible, legally and criminally, for the content you host and the software you install on your server.
10. Personal data
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page. If a change is materially to your disadvantage, we will tell you through the client area or by e-mail before it takes effect.
12. Governing law
Turkish law applies to this agreement. Consumer disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. In all other cases the courts and enforcement offices of the place where uLCloud Global Network has its registered office have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
